Question by .: How to not get restless during a boring lecture?
So, sometimes, when a lecture feels like its going too slow, like its droning on, I get irritated and restless. I start tapping my feet and doodling and having to painfully force myself to pay attention. I feel like their might be no way to make it easier for me, but I wanted to ask anyway, just to see what other people had to say.
So, how do you do it?

I really dont know if this works for others but for me I would recite self suggestions that are possitive .exp. every atom in my body thrill with life to make me well. Every molecule within carry health from cell to cell. Cells and organs in all systems build for lasting strength and youth. Work in harmony together by the conscious Light as truth.
Another one might be .What ever I think What ever I do my self my senses be honest be true.
