Question by framptonm: Does anyone know anything about Regional Adjustment Bureau RAB?
This company called me about a credit card debt they said they had bought from a company. They pressured me into sending them 500 dollars for a payment. When I realized that I knew nothing about this company, I went to my online banking and put stop payment. But the bank did not stop payment although they did charge me for the service. so now these people have my money and my checking account number. What can I do to make sure they do not take any more money out of my account? I have written the credit card company to get a settlement with them. But now I am really concerned about this transaction with this Regional Adjustment Bureau. I would appreciate any help!!!
