I feel distressing when it’s as well high!!!

I feel similar to I’m weighted down, as if we can’t lift my arms as well as legs. we feel tired, ill during my stomach, or infrequently usually similar to we said, “Blah!”. And alternative times, if we snap as well as eat something we shouldn’t, my heart rate seems to go by the roof! That partial worries me some-more than anything.
